Day 1...umm, yeah lol!!!

I'm sorry to report that I wasn't able to start day 1 yesterday. I'm still getting over the flu which I got Thursday night, so I'm just gaining some of my strength back...I have class tonight, so I won't get home until 10 or so, but I HAVE TO GET IT IN TONIGHT!!!

In other (good) news, I am under 240 pounds for the first time in God know's how long :) Below, I will list my P90X schedule so you can track the workouts I am doing, and coming soon, I'll list the foods that I am currently eating as well as the suppliments I am taking...

So as you can see, I've got alot of work to do, and a nice structure to do it, so there's no need for guess work or confusion...I'm looking forward to getting my butt kicked tonight!!!!
